  • well.... happy 2009.

dang... 2009?? I'm so glad everything worked out with Y2K and all...

This year I will start my senior year of college.... is that blowing anyone else's mind?

I have discovered a new favorite artist: Matt Nathanson. He is so good.

Here's a problem: Just as I was starting to come around on Rob Bell (Velvet Elvis, Sex God, and more recently Jesus Wants to Save Christians...) I find out that he is a leader of the emergent church and as such doesnt believe in hell. If anyone wants to shed any further light on the emergent chruch or on him not believing in hell, that would be great, because currently I'm annoyed that someone who I felt was using scripture correctly (he cites himself everytime and considers context) isnt completley Christian?! (is that what that means?!) Also, Donald Miller.

Is it nerdy to say... that I miss school? I like classes and schedule and being surrounded by my friends. I think I will be very sad to graduate.

I think spending more time outside would be good for all of us.

I'm sorry that, as usual, this entry is so random.

hey- here's a picture of the suitelife on the first day of school.

  • blaaaaaaaaaaaaah.

what will I be when I grow up? anyone who has any ideas tell me... or else, I'm going to be a poor hippie with student loans growing my hair out and selling plasma for money.

in other news. TIS THE SEASON! The Halloween/Thanksgiving/Christmas-even-though-its still October-season!! I'm currently easing into Christmas music and brainstorming Halloween costumes.

Funnily, we went to the pumpkin patch today- my entire family. We sat on some hay and took a picture. My 16 year old sister and I sat on pumpkins and took a picture. THEN we realized that every other person sitting on pumpkins for photo's were below the age of 5, and most of them were holding THEIR baby siblings. I'll post our fall-esque pic soon. Its somewhat humourous... especially since you can see a small child in the background.

    amor.
